WALK WALK AND WALK

No more drastic diet that make you unhappy. If you want to lose your weight, you must walk. If you want to keep fit, you must walk.

Walking is cheap and easy. It is also helps prevent heart attacks. lower cholesterol and blood pressure. If you have fat to burn off, you need to do brisk walking about 40 to 60 minutes three to four times a week. But if you can not do brisk walking because you are overweight, then take a 20 minutes per kilometer stroll.
